National Walk Your Dog Week 2015

“Let’s go walking, Mom!”

Tomorrow marks the beginning of National Walk Your Dog Week.   Being a blog that was created out of the transformative life experience that began with the simple act of walking with my dog, we are super excited to participate!  Basically you commit to walking with your dog every day during the week of October 1st through the 7th, for at least 30 minutes.   When I put on my walking shoes and grabbed Rama’s lead 4 years ago, I really had no idea how much better I would feel about myself, my dog’s health and how it would open so many doors for me in my life.  I began to see things in a new light.  We all want to feel better.  We all want to look better.   Spending 30 minutes a day outside, with your dog, can make a huge impact on both your life and your dog’s.

To celebrate this awesome week, we are joining with  Cascadian NomadsWag’N Woof Pets and Dolly The Doxie for #DogWalkingWeek2015!
